I work for private individuals who wish to develop their property.
This could be their home, business premises or land.
I provide a design service drawing up the existing building and discussing options for development.
Proposals are then drawn up for the client to agree.
The drawings are then sent to the Planning Authority for approval this will include any negotiation that may be required.
When the proposals are approved I prepare information for building regulation approval. (This includes further drawings and notes.)
All aspects of this are discussed with the client for agreement before the application is made to the building regulation authority.
All work is carried out on a fixed fee basis quoted in writing before proceeding.
The client is able to agree any changes to the project during this process.
Early evening appointments are available.
