Now you have got this far, I’ll get straight to the point about the way I hope I can help you.

Your building project will, inevitably, lead to a huge amount of technical and logistical detail.  It will involve designs and drawings, applications and angst!  But ultimately, ‘residential building work’ is just a means to an end.  That end is to create a better space for you and your family.

So I don’t believe I’m in the ‘property business’ at all.  I’m in the people business.  Listening to what you want to achieve for your home – and helping make it happen.

You may want an extension built, an attic converted, or a home built entirely from scratch.  Either way, it will require a significant investment of your time and money.  My job is to work with you to create the best value possible, to reduce your stress levels, and, hopefully to help you realise your dreams.  If I get it completely right, you’ll exceed them!

Your project will be defined by what you want to achieve.  If you want to live in it, there will a subtly different definition of ‘value’ than if you are developing to sell (where the measurables are square meterage and return on investment).

Either way, I can take you from visualising potential outcomes to offering creative ideas, putting plans on paper and getting them through planning.  I have significant experience working with every stakeholder in the building process, from planners to tree surgeons.
